Rules
Remember; this is not a race. This is an endurance challenge. If you are disqualified from the competition, there will be no refunds!
You are totally responsible for your own actions and driving!
- Same two vehicles that start must finish as a Team.
- All Team members that start must finish and take part in
ALL phases of the event.
- No abusing of natural resources including:
- Not using a tree strap
- Short cuts through vegetation
- Littering
- You may be disqualified for:
- Dangerous driving (forest service
road speed limit of 25 MPH will be
STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!!!)
- Outside help (No pit crews)
- Driving off of the trail
- Cutting course routes
- You may not communicate to other Teams any location of check points, special tasks, or
any information about the tasks.
- You may only help other Teams:
- In need of medical aid
- Getting a rollover out of the way
- Getting a mechanical breakdown towed out of the way
- Or if they're so slow through an obstacle that they are causing a back-up.
- In the event of a rollover or a mechanical breakdown, you may only assist in getting it out of the way. You may not assist with parts, physical help, or smarts to get it going. (You may suggest what they should have been driving.)
- DO NOT EXCEED POSTED SPEED LIMITS, THIS WILL
BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- Vehicle must be street legal (there
will be some on road driving)
